You own your entire website from all offline back-up files to your images and email. We are on hand for the first two months to help you with any problems you may encounter and to provide advice as required. You have unlimited re-designs on your home page, to ensure you are happy with your design and we aim to get you online as soon as possible!

Key Word Analysis

Our keyword analysis helps to ensure that your site is SEO friendly from the start. We will conduct a keyword analysis for your niche and with you, decide which keywords you want to go for. Any SEO service should start with Keyword Analysis and as we build our custom websites with SEO in mind from the very beginning, you will get Keyword Analysis as part of your package.

Hosting Plans

Every site needs a hosting plan and we provide one years hosting. The hosting account is yours and we ensure your site is uploaded to the internet. We also run tests to ensure it is performing as it should prior to you 'going live'. As you own the account, you can then carry on with your hosting plan at the end of the year, or move it to another provider.

Business Email Accounts

As part of our one year hosting plan we also will ensure your email is set up for your domain name. Not only that, but we can brand it the same as your website for the extra professional touch!

Domain Name Registration

We can also register your domain name as well. We can help advise on the best SEO friendly name and what suffix you should go for. You own the domain name along with the hosting, so you have full control and ownership of your website.

Professional Images

Every site needs images and we will provide you with two professional images of your choice. As well as incorporation into your site, we will also send you the images so you can use them in other marketing.

Social Media Package

Our custom websites also ses us set up a social media package for you. This includes a twitter account & a branded Facebook business page, both of which are linked to your site. Not only can this help with promoting your business, it also can help with rankings of your site and gives you a platform on which to engage with your audience.

SEO Package

So, your on the net, now you need to be found! Our Bronze SEO package runs over a month and ensures your website gets off to a good start. We will submit your site to a range of search engines and directories as well as start your link building campaign and article submissions. This helps ensure your site gets indexed and starts its journey up the rankings. We will issue you with a full report at the end of the month.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

A CMS allows you to update your site without needing to know any coding. You can access your site via an online portal and make any changes. Press publish, and a few moments later, your site will be updated on the internet. We provide CMS access free for the first year with all our packages. After this period, we charge £5.00 a month or £50 a year for continued access to cover running costs.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Once you are online, the next step is to be found! Your website needs to really work for you to make it worthwhile. Here at Integrated Web Design & Marketing, we don't make any wild promises. We can't guarantee you first page for keywords, because thats up to the search engines, and all of them run different algorithms which produce different results. Black hat techniques can potentially see your site rocket up the rankings, but this is only likely to last a very short time as the search engines then penalise your site and you drop down again. A bit like the Tortoise & the Hare, SEO works best with patience and hard work. This ensures your site rises through the rankings and maintains its position. And we do the hard work, leaving you to do what you do best, run your business!

So what do we do? First we carryout some analysis. This is centred around keywords and if your website is already up and running, we will have a look at how it is currently doing, and what needs improving. This then informs how we set up and run your campaign. Your campaign will generally involve ensuring your physical site build is SEO effective and tailored to your keywords, link building, article writing and submission, rank tracking, and search engine/directory submissions. All our packages are bespoke to your site and your needs and are run over set periods. A report will be sent to you every month detailing the status of your site and campaign. We will also provide advice on anything we think you can do to help your campaign during and after.

Frequently Asked Questions

What programs do you use to build your websites?

We generally use HTML and CSS. This gives us good flexibility and is recognised by all internet browsers. The use of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) allows us to ensure uniformity across the site whilst reducing the amount of HTML. Result? More SEO friendly! The search engine bots can find the informatio of value on your HTML, rather than your choice of font colour!

Can I update my site after it has gone live?

Not only can you update your site, but we would actively encourage you to! There are millions of websites out there, and to help yours stand out, the search engines like to know it is still relevant, up to date, and that someone is putting time and effort into it.
You can update your site by use of a CMS (Content Management System). You do not need to know any code and the service is free for the first year as part of our package. After that, if you still wish to use the system, it is only £5.00 a month to cover running costs. The CMS allows you to update pictures as well as text via the internet. It couldn't be simpler!

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The price you pay is the final price however, you need to be aware that to run a website you need to maintain the registration of your domain name and hosting. This isn't a Web Design Team rule, its the internet's rule! As part of our Silver & Gold Web Design Packages, we cover this for the first year. You own your domain and your hosting account and are therefore free to move it to any provider you wish at any time. If you choose to move it before the end of the first year, or after the year is up, you will have to renew these elements at your cost. Domain name registrations for a year can be found for around £5-10 and hosting for around £30-£40 a year.
The only other cost which you will need to consider after the first year is the use of the CMS. This cost is covered under all our Web Design Packages for the first year. If you wish to stay with us after this, it is £5.00 a month or £50.00 a year. Should you wish to change your CMS, we can edit the coding for you for £25.00.

How many redesigns can I have?

Our initial web design brief is designed so that we can understand from the start what type of design you are looking for and what your preferences are however design is a subjective process and we may not always meet your expectations on the first draft. As a result we work soley on the home page and give you unlimited designs on the first draft. Once you have signed the home page off, we get going with the rest of the pages.

What payment methods do you except?

At present we use PayPal as one of the worlds most trusted online payment methods. This means we are never in reciept of your card details at anytime and if you have any disputes, PayPal arbitrates.

How long do sites normally take to complete?

Timeframes can vary depending on your design and how long it takes you to get back to us with amendments or sign off, however we aim to get you online in around four weeks. We will always keep you updated with progress.

What is a Domain Name?

The internet uses a series of numbers to identify websites, but its not very human friendly! So instead we use domain names. The domain name for this site is www.web-design.co. We can help advise you on your domain name (as it can help SEO) and we can register your name for you if you wish. You will own any domain we register for you however please note, your first choice may not be available.
